First off, this is not about Spotify Wrapped. I rarely use Spotify. Although, I did for a while during the year 2024 but that was for Podcasts, not music. As you may have guessed, I mostly use Apple Music. This is what my Year 2024 in Music is about.
My Year 2024 in Music is an highlight of the music I listened to the most in the year 2024 (technically from December 6, 2023 to December 5, 2024). They are grouped into the following categories.

I listened to a total of 1,397 artists in the year 2024. However, the top 5 are as follows

One more thing that would interest you is that my taste in artists shifted throughout the year 2024. My top artist in January 2024 was Justin Timberlake, then SZA was for February 2024. Maverick City Music was for March 2024; Taylor Swift for April 2024; Billie Eilish for May 2024; Kendrick Lamar for June 2024; July 2024 was Forrest Frank; August 2024 was Asake; Lecrae was for September 2024; Billie Eilish again but for October 2024; November 2024 was Elevation Worship, and then back to Billie Eilish for December 2024.
The Big Picture in Music
All that you have seen above contributed to my “big picture” in music. By that, I mean I reached a few milestones in the year 2024 on Apple Music. I reached a total of 25,000 minutes of songs listened to. This occurred on November 28, 2024. In addition, I reached a total of 1,000 artists played on August 8, 2024 and a total of 1,000 songs played on May 22, 2024.
