How to Convert eMails to Tasks

You can easily convert emails to tasks by following the simple steps outlined further on. However, please note that the steps outlined are for those who use GMail as their email app.

Convert emails in GMail to tasks

Open up an email message from your GMail inbox. When the email message opens up, simply choose ‘Add to Tasks’ at the top of the email screen. The email will then be added to the ‘Task’ menu at your right of the screen. You can add further details and also schedule the task on your Google calendar.

To add more details, simply click ‘Details’ below the task’s title. Here you can add any details that help you remember what you want to do with the task. To schedule the task, click on the ‘Date/Time’ that is below the ‘Details’ button. Your Google Calendar open up and you can select the day, time and frequency of the schedule.

You can do this for as many emails you want to convert into tasks.
