Learn how to Make Money Online by Promoting WordPress and Jetpack as an Affiliate

If you already know WordAds and you are using it on your blog, you may have received this update. However, if you didn’t, this information is for you. WordPress, the owners of WordAds (i.e. Automattic) is expanding the focus of the WordAds program beyond ads to include referrals.
WordAds is a powerful ad program from WordPress.com which you can activate as a publisher and get bidding from Google AdSense, Facebook Audience Network, Amazon a9, AOL Marketplace, Yahoo, Criteo, Quantcast, and dozens of other, high-quality ad buyers. Through Jetpack Ads, WordAds is available on any WordPress site. [Click here to join WordAds]

In addition to making money with WordAds as a publisher, you can also sign up as an affiliate of WordPress and Jetpack. By promoting WordPress and JetPack to your blog’s visitors, you can earn revenue per every successful transaction you make via your affiliate membership.

How Does Promoting WordPress as an Affiliate Works?

First, you will need to create an affiliate account on WordPress.com (Click here to create an account). Your application will be reviewed. If you are accepted as an affiliate, the next thing you will need to do is to get your affiliate code/link. You can use link cloaking tools to make your affiliate code/link easy to remember.

Once you have your affiliate code/link, do your best by promoting WordPress, Jetpack, Pressable — or all three. Make sure you successfully promote these tools so you can get the needed returns on your promoting effort. If you don’t know how to do this, you should learn the successful strategies for promoting products as an affiliate.

For each purchase your affiliate code/link generates, you earn 20% of the sale price of products. You can always track your earnings through your WordPress.com Affiliate account. As an example, here is your affiliate earning potential for each product purchase.
