Convenience is the Enemy of Good Pizza

Have you ever had a taste of Pizza? I’m sure you do and you also have a favorite. My favorite variety is BBQ Chicken. That’s probably because I have a thing for Chicken. I’m African and only Africans may understand this. Anyways, the talk about Chicken is for another day. Today, it’s about Pizza. Every second, an average of 350 slices are sold worldwide.

I do like Pizza. A good one is however personal. This is because of the effort and care of the person who made it is related to how good it is.

Convenience is the enemy of good pizza quality. Buying at your local supermarket is convenience.

I never knew all these until I listened to a podcast by Seth Godin where he shared more information about this topic. His podcast was revealing. It didn’t make lose my interest but helps me to make informed choices when next I intend to buy the savory dish of Italian origin.

Here is the podcast, listen for yourself and see what I mean.
