"Only a life lived for others is worth living" - Albert Einstein. That is what i do here. "The desire for increase is inherent in all nature; it is the fundamental impulse of the universe. All human activities are based on the desire for increase. People are seeking more food, more clothes, better shelter, more luxury, more beauty, more knowledge, more pleasure ? increase in something, more life." - Wallace D. Wattles -->>> More knowledge and life you will find here. This is a creative center from which increase is given to all. "The person who is certain to advance is the one who is too big for his place, who has a clear concept of what he wants to be, who knows that he can become what he wants to be, and who is determined to be what he wants to be."

better-life-appeal-flashingWhat a good way to start the month of June. Whether we like it or not, the year is running almost over. We have goals yet to achieve in the year. We have plans yet to be fulfilled. We have parties yet to attend. We also have a lot of things to do. In all these, i need to ask, are you living the life or just playing around the bush? Are you taking the bull by the horn or just allowing it to pass by. If you don’t know now you should know that life is meant to be taken seriously and also to be lived to the best.

In this post, i will show you few ways by which you can live on the best side of life, whether online or offline. Take time to read in full, you can also listen to the podcast by clicking on the ‘Listen’ button above. If you like this post, don’t fail to post a comment at the end. Your comment is valuable.

1. Work More Efficiently.

Whatever your goal is, the best you can do is to accomplish it on time. Time is the factor behind every great achievement. Whatever you have set to do, do it and face another. Life is all about accomplishment. I hate it when i’m idle. I must find something to do because i know that time is not waiting for me. You have to learn to make time more efficient. What determines your efficiency is the amount of work that is done at a given space of time. In school, we learnt that efficiency is the rate at which work is done. To be efficient, learn to do more in a little space of time.

In order to do this, keep the 80/20 rule in mind. This rule states that most output are created by a small percentage of the population. In your business, you’ll find that 80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers. Working more efficiently in this case means spending most of your time with the 20% and less time with the 80%. Why waste your time with those who wants to waste your time when those who values your time are waiting for you. To work more efficiently is make sure that everything you’re doing will bring you the biggest result.

Instead of doing a one on one pitch, do it in front of 100 people. It takes the same amount of time but you’re doing a lot more. If you have a task to do, give yourself a really short deadline so you don’t end up expanding time to fill the task. You’ll be amazed at how much
you can really do if you have no other choice. By giving yourself really short deadlines and keeping the 80/20 rule in mind, you should be able to increase your efficiency by two to five times. So instead of working for eight hours per day, you can do a full days work in a few hours.

2. Never Trade Hours For Money.

Most people make money by trading hours for money. The most common is call a job. You go to work for a set amount of time in exchange for money. Is that not the reason why we work? To make ends meet. So we are ready to trade of time for money. You are a professional, like a doctor, lawyer or social media consultant and bill your clients for the number of hours you spend working for them. Either way, you are trade your time for money.

Trading your hours for money is good. If you want to live in the best side of life, NEVER do so. Trading hours for money creates no residual or passive income. It simply means that if you’re not trading your hours, you’re not making any money. It’s a tough balancing act. You want to earn a living but you also want to spend time with family and friends. It’s give and take. When you trade hours for money, you can’t have both. If you want more time with family, you have to trade less. If you want to make more money, you have to keep trading. Passive/residual income makes you have time and money. Time to do what you want to do and money to make other people’s life better. It is self sustaining!

Eventually a time will come when you can no longer trade hours for money. This will happen either by you becoming sick, in accident or are forced to retire. What happens then depends on the decisions you made earlier in life. If you planned well, you’ll have enough to live on without trading hours for money. However, statistics shows that the majority doesn’t plan well and will be force to take some kind of social handout – either by the government or family. What are you doing about this?

3. Make Passive Income

Download The Science of Getting Rich free!

Passive income is money that you make without having to put in additional time. You do it once and the interest payments come in every week, month or quarter without any more time input on your part. As an author, you get paid a percentage on every book sold. If you’re a best selling author like Bishop David Oyedepo, those royalties go into the millions of dollars. (If you have issues on protecting your intellectual property, then contact me). If you are a network marketer, you get paid a percentage from your input. In short, you get more in a little time spent marketing. Find what you love doing and develop yourself on it till you start making passive income on it. You get more by doing what you love in a little time. Living the best side of life is tied you know how to do.

For bloggers (there are over 7,000,000 bloggers worldwide). A blog can make both active and passive income. Most blogger go after the active income. They spend many hours per day churning out the content so they can get more traffic so they can sell more advertising or land the next consulting job. My blog has active income but it’s really geared for the creation of passive income.

An example of how the blog makes passive income is its referral system to the recommended money makers. The really nice thing is this type of income is it continues whether or not the blog is here. If for some reason, my blog gets shut down tomorrow and never comes back, it would still make passive income every
month. I would lose the direct advertising income but the passive income will continue. If you are a blogger and you find it hard to make passive income on your blog, why not join the Blog Master’s Club. Here, you will learn what it takes to make passive income on your blog every month.

There are other various ways out there through which you can make passive income. Locate them, read about them then follow suit. Read books that teaches on passive income. Do your best to live the best of life. If you need help in finding good ones, just contact me.

4. DARE

“Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all.”- Helen Keller.

It’s so amazing how we submit ourselves to such a sheltered experience. We want to be safe, so we put our lives in a safe deposit box, lock ourselves out of opportunities and live unaware that what keeps us safe keeps us bound? Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all. As children we do the impossible – we try to walk without any experience, we try to talk and don’t care that we sound funny, our cups are completely empty and daring day by day we fill it up. As we grow we leave the age of curiosity and daring – “why”, to the age of challenging and asserting ourselves with “why not”, into a fearful age of excuses and fear – ”because”.

It is only those who dare to fail greatly that can achieve greatly, you are not likely to go further than you dare! You are not likely do discover new islands until you are willing to lose site of old shores. There is a roman proverb that says that it’s better to live one day as a lion than a thousand days as lambs. Life is not in duration, it’s in donation. It’s not the quantity of life that counts it’s the quality of life. Enoch’s short life of
adventure is worth the record lifespan of many Methuselahs. Living life without courage is like cooking stew without salt, I’ll rather a small serving of tasty stew than a whole pot of saltless soup.

Is your life an adventure, or are you bored? Dare!

“When a resolute young fellow steps up to the great bully, the world, and takes him boldly by the beard, he is often surprised to find it comes off in his hand, and that it was only tied on to scare away the timid adventurers” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man” – George Bernard Shaw.

These are just four out of the many ways. I will want you to carry this one out and you will definitely see a change. You will be living the best side of life in a couple of months if you do this consistently. The price you pay for what you want is how far you can go. If you like this post and you want to know about the other ways, then subscribe to this blog and you get update as soon as i write about them.

Love you still
