Today, I won’t be writing about a person but I will be personifying something owned by a person. So, I will implore you to go ahead with me as we take a journey into the thing I have for you today. I believe at the end of this, you will not just be informed but transformed. Transformation is a product of Information and Positive action inline with the information.
My personality of the week is Exousia Computer Academy (ECA from now on). This is a young and vibrant computer academy owned by some of the people who inspired me while I was still in the university (FUT, Akure). They gave me the opportunity to plunge into the world of ICT proper. Anytime I needed to get more information, I go to them and I get it almost free so far that I have my laptop to connect online. I am doing this because they worth it. This is the basic thing about all the personality I have wrote about and the ones I will still write about.
Exousia Computer Academy is a registered enterprise under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria with number RC 451241. ECA organizes ICT skills trainings. - ECA partners with Prometric (USA) and Pearson VUE (UK), the biggest test solution providers in the world to bring internationally recognized exams leading to ICT certifications. ECA is an authorized Prometric and Pearson VUE test centre. So they get you trained and you can still write your test with them.
- ECA organizes an ICT Career Counseling. If you are not sure of what training/certification that is right for you and your career, you need to consult their counseling unit for guidance in the choice of career path in the ICT field. They will guide you on training and certification needs for various categories of ICT positions at all experience level.

Network Engineer – is an IT professional who designs and manages an organization’s LAN, WAN, WLAN, WAN and MAN.

Application Developer – is an IT professional who creates programs that run either on the web, on a particular operating system or a dedicated device.
Software Engineer – is an IT professional who oversees the creation of software products from initial specification down to final rollout and maintenance.
System Analyst – is an IT professional who is a team member in the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from the start to finish.
Web Developer – is an IT professional who creates programs that runs on the web, and are accessible via the internet or intranet.
